Description   1 year annual membership fee for N.P.C.A. per K-9 Handler payable by credit card. This membership is NOT open to the general public and must be cleared through N.P.C.A. before joining. Membership is open to any Commissioned Law Enforcement Officer or Corrections Officer (municipal, county, state, federal, military, etc.) assigned full time duties as a canine handler or trainer of Police Service Dogs.
