Shipping & Handling Policy: The NPCA Store is 100% staffed by unpaid volunteers, who strive to give you the very best in service. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Clothing products are individually packaged and sealed in clear plastic bags before storing or shipping. Your items will be properly packaged for shipping to insure the items arrive undamaged.
In most cases your merchandise items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We do ship to A.P.O. Military Addresses.
Refunds & Exchange Policy: Our goal is to bring you quality merchandise at a fair price. We appreciate your support. If within 10 days from the receipt of your order you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased from NPCA, please contact us at sales@npcastore.net, to arrange for the return of the item. Upon receiving the returned item from you, we will either issue a full refund including shipping costs, or replace the item with same or comparable, whichever method you choose.
After contacting us that you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, please include the following:
1. On a copy of your original invoice, please fill out the reason for return on the back. Then box the item securely and enclose the copied invoice plus all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
2. Return the item using U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation to:
